Due to the unpredictable nature of estate administration cases and the unique aspects of each case, we typically bill our estate administration services on an hourly (time and charges) basis. This will ensure that you pay for the actual time and resources spent on your case and will avoid a situation where we have to guess (typically either too high or too low) what that cost will be. We are happy to discuss a projected window of where we anticipate the fee will end up, but the actual fee will not be determined until the end of the case.
We require a deposit for all estate administration cases which will be applied against future time and charges. Each month, you will receive an invoice for the time and charges billed in the previous month that will reflect the application of your deposit toward our fees. When your deposit falls below a certain dollar amount, we will request a replenishment of the deposit on the bill for that month.
