C. Daniel Vaughan

C. Daniel (“Dan”) Vaughan, Esq., Principal, is a fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel and has been recognized as one of the leading trusts and estates attorneys in the Washington Metropolitan area in Washingtonian and Northern Virginia Magazine. He is a member of the Bars of Virginia and Maryland, and is a former chair of the Board of Governors of the Trusts and Estates Section of the Virginia State Bar. Dan is also a member of the Wills, Trusts and Estates section of the Fairfax County Bar Association, the Loudoun County Bar Association and the Northern Virginia Estate Planning Council.  Dan obtained his B.A. in Religious Studies from the University of Virginia and graduated Order of the Coif (top ten percent of the graduating class) with his J.D. from the College of William & Mary, where he was a teaching assistant and a member of the Law Review.
