Principal

Donna Esposito Fincher, Esq., is a principal in the law firm of Vaughan, Fincher & Sotelo, PC. She is a member of the Bars of Virginia, Maryland and the District of Columbia.  Donna’s practice focuses on developing comprehensive estate plans tailored to her clients’ specific needs, including drafting and implementation of documents to accomplish incapacity planning, minimizing estate taxes, generation-skipping transfer tax planning, gift tax planning, charitable planning and distribution planning for the family.  Donna is a fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel and has been listed as one of the leading trusts and estates attorneys in the Washington Metropolitan area in Washingtonian magazine, Northern Virginia magazine and SuperLawyers magazine.  Donna received her BBA degree in accounting from the College of William and Mary in 1987 and her JD degree from the Marshall Wythe School of Law at the College of William and Mary in 1990.  She is also a member of the Loudoun County Bar Association and the Wills, Trusts and Estates Section of the Fairfax Bar Association.  Donna is a Past Chair of the Board of Governors for the Trusts and Estates Section of the Virginia State Bar.
