Martha Leary Sotelo

Martha Leary Sotelo, Esq., Principal, is a 1987 graduate of James Madison University and a 1990 graduate of the College of William and Mary Marshall-Wythe School of Law. Martha is a fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel and is a member of the Bars of Virginia, Maryland and the District of Columbia.  Martha is a former member of the Board of Governors for the Trusts and Estates Section of the Virginia State Bar (Chair, 2011-2012) and a current member of the Northern Virginia Estate Planning Council and the Fairfax County Bar Association.  Martha is listed in the Best Lawyers of America and has been consistently recognized as one of the leading trust and estate attorneys in the Washington Metropolitan area in Washingtonian magazine, Northern Virginia Magazine, Virginia Business Magazine and as a Virginia and Washington, D.C.
